住房 at Southeast Technical College

Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the second 和 third floors of both Andera 和 Nicolay Hall. 

Southeast Tech 住房 has regular on-site mail pick-up 和 delivery. Each apartment has its own mailbox that is shared by residents. All major package delivery services (UPS, DHL, FedEx) also deliver to the building.

Southeast Tech 住房 provides secure wireless internet access throughout the apartment 复杂的. No extra software is needed to access the wireless signal. If a computer is wireless-ready, simply search for the signal 和 connect (a password provided by 住房 Staff is also necessary to access the wireless signal).

The Southeast Tech 住房 复杂的 has maintenance staff available to address any repairs or maintenance issues that may arise. If repairs require an outside maintenance company, 住房 staff will schedule the appropriate professional to ensure that repairs are completed. Residents are encouraged to notify 住房 staff by submitting a maintenance request form as soon as a needed repair is discovered. This will help ensure the issue can be addressed 和 repairs completed as soon as possible. 

A campus printer is available to 学生 living in 住房. It is located in the Link. 

自动售货 machines (soft drinks, snacks, 和 other beverages) are located in The Link.

Residents are required to register their vehicles with 住房 staff/ 安全 by submitting a vehicle registration form.

 Southeast Tech has two full-time, live-in professionals who are available 24/7 for assistance. Because these staff members live on-site, they are available at short 请注意. Our staff is well prepared to h和le 住房 issues. Regular office hours give residents easy access to staff during the day 和 emergency on-call cell phones are used in the evenings 和 on weekends.

Southeast Tech has a staff of full-time security officers who are available to serve the entire Southeast Tech community. They are located in the Mickelson Center during the day 和 in 住房 during the evening. Our Campus 安全 officers are licensed law enforcement officers with the Minnehaha County Sheriff's Department. All apartment entrances have controlled access. Southeast Tech 住房 residents are issued key fobs which allow facility entrance. Non-residents must contact a current resident in advance in order to enter the facility. 

Video surveillance cameras are installed in all common areas, making it easy to monitor traffic in 和 around the facility. Their presence is a deterrent 和, in the rare case when issues do arise, it is easy to identify individual(s) who are responsible for problems. As a result, residents will find STC 住房 to be a quiet, peaceful location conducive to academic success.
